APS Group Benefits Ltd must pay any available money to the person you have 'nominated'. If a married, divorce, death or any other circumstance causes you to change your nominees, the Society must be advised in writing. This authority may be superseded by the completion of another Nominated Beneficiary Form and submitted to our office at any time. Funeral Benefits are payable only in respect to members who are financial at the date of death.
